These Terms of Service govern your use of Syncify. By installing or using the application, you agree to these Terms and the conditions described below.
The Service
Syncify is a Shopify to Monday CRM synchronization application that helps businesses automatically transfer data between Shopify and Monday CRM.
The application supports synchronization of Shopify resources such as Customers, Orders, Products, Collections, Inventory, Draft Orders, Fulfillments, Refunds, and other supported objects based on your selected configuration.
By using Syncify, you authorize the application to access the permissions required to perform synchronization.
Account Registration and Eligibility

Free Plan
Syncify offers a Free plan that allows you to evaluate core synchronization features before upgrading. Availability and included features are described on the Pricing page and may change over time.
Subscriptions and Payment
Billing
Premium subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled. Failure to maintain an active subscription may limit access to Premium features.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Syncify only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
Your Data
Your data remains yours
You retain ownership of all data synchronized through Syncify. Syncify accesses your data only to perform synchronization between Shopify and Monday CRM in accordance with your configuration and permissions.
Intellectual Property
All software, documentation, branding, trademarks, and related materials associated with Syncify remain the intellectual property of La Confianza Technologies or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
Service Availability
Factors Affecting Availability
While we strive to provide reliable synchronization services, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Synchronization may occasionally be affected by Shopify API limitations, Monday CRM API limitations, internet connectivity, scheduled maintenance, or third party platform availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Syncify shall not be liable for data loss, lost profits, business interruption, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or synchronization issues resulting from changes made by Shopify or Monday CRM. Your use of the application is at your own risk.
Termination
Cancel anytime
You may stop using or uninstall Syncify at any time.
End of subscription
Premium features remain available until the end of your active billing period.
Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, fraudulent or abusive activity is detected, or required platform permissions are revoked.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of Syncify after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which La Confianza Technologies operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those applicable laws.
